The Technology Department provides technical assistance and guidance for all SWRS instructional and support programs. The vision of the Southwest Region Schools Technology Department is to maximize district resources and programs to create interactive, student-centered learning environments where students and teachers use the tools of technology effectively, creatively, and appropriately to achieve the District Mission and District and State performance standards.

The Technology department maintains a number of databases for in-district data collection and analysis.
